Does Nutri-Pak custom label product?
Yes, Nutri-Pak provides a variety of labeling options.
House Label (Nutri-Pak) - Available only through health care practitioners. The
Nutri-Pak house label is offered on every one of our nutritional products in
stock, and is complete with tamper-resistant seal and up-to-date labeling
requirements including batch and expiration dating. At Nutri-Pak, we
manufacture, package and label under strict supervision and standards to ensure
that our products are of the utmost quality at all times.
Your Own Customized Label - Comes with free creative designs and technical
consultations. There is a minimum charge for label printing with
quantities as low as 48 bottles. The custom label design offers you a three- or
four-color unique label on which you may incorporate your logo or any other
image you wish.

How are Nutri-Pak products different from other nutritional supplements on
the market?
Our products are manufactured in accordance with CGMPs (current good
manufacturing practices) for Nutritional Supplements. Raw materials used in the
manufacturing of our products are in full compliance with the Public Health and
Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002, assuring
safety and uninterrupted flow of raw materials. Our Vendor Certification
Program ensures raw material safety and quality.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Standard shipping, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail are based on the
total value of the order (see below). You may want to consolidate your ordering
to ensure the most cost effective service.

Do you offer overnight delivery service?
Overnight and other expedited delivery services are available for an additional
charge.

What is your return policy?
In keeping with our quality commitment, our return policy requires that a claim
be made within 5 days of receiving product. All returns must be completed
within 30 days of the original ship date with prior authorization from our
Customer Service Department. These returns are subject to a 25% restocking
charge. Returns may only be made on house label products; no returns will be
accepted on private or custom labeled products, custom formulas or convenience
packs.

What form of payment do you accept?
First time orders are prepaid with a credit card. MasterCard, VISA, Discover
and American Express are all welcome. Credit terms of 30 days may be
established upon approval by completing our credit application. Allow two to
three weeks for credit approval with allowances for possible delays when
checking references.

Do you have a minimum dollar requirement to order?
You can set up an account and purchase as little as one bottle of our house
label product.

Do you have an automatic shipment program?
Yes. For your convenience Nutri-Pak has established an auto ship program.
