
Shipping and Return Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All orders will be charged in increments based on weight
and destination. Orders will be sent by USPS (US Postal Service), UPS, or
comparable service. Prices good for the 48 contiguous states only.
Payment for shipping is added at the time of checkout and is based on an
approximate weight per bottle. If your order weighs less than the
approximated value at checkout, you will be charged the lesser amount and will
receive an updated invoice upon processing. You will be able to see the
approximate fees before completing the order*.
*For weights over 25 lbs. shipping will be calculated after you checkout.
The minimum charge will be $35 and will increase depending on the weight and
quantity of the total order. Final charges will be confirmed with you via
email or phone prior to charging your credit card.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Shipping
charges may be approximately 25% higher than those estimated
when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and US Commonwealths.
When shipping outside the continental United States, all orders are required to
have insurance. Orders delivered outside the continental United States will be
charged actual US Portal Service Express shipping and handling costs. To find
the USPS Global Express Mail shipping costs for your country, visit their
website. Charges are based on the weight and destination. All packages
are sent as non-prescription nutritional supplements for private use
only.

BACK ORDER POLICY
In an ideal world, there would be an endless inventory of everything we typically carry.
On very rare occasions an item may be temporarily out-of-stock. When possible, we'll post a
notice on the site beside the affected item; because of unforeseen circumstances that product
might not be available for shipment. To determine the next step you can decide if you would like to:
- Delete the item from your order that is on back-order and be refunded the amount
- Modify your order by substituting something else for the delayed item
- Ship the currently in-stock items immediately, and then allow us to ship the
back-ordered item plus shipping cost at the time the order is completed.
We regret any delays and will strive to do our best to keep them non-existent. If they do happen,
please accept our apologies. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be
notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase through our company, return it to us
within 30 days for a complete refund or exchange. All returns must be
pre-authorized. Please contact us either by telephone or email prior to
returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will
not be issued a refund/exchange.
